Juan Pablo Taboada is currently working as the Lead Bartender and Corporate Mixologist for Lombardi Family Concepts, a Dallas based restaurant group. A strong passion for wine and spirits lead him to dive into the field, originally working for a boutique wine distributor out of Austin TX. Through industry contacts and relationships, this provided other opportunities to fulfill positions such as Wine Director and Beverage Manager for other establishments in and around Dallas. Other tasks and job related activities include wine list consulting, sales and service of wine and alcoholic beverages for restaurants and server training. In 2011 along with other members of the Court of Master Sommeliers, formed the Dallas Sommelier Society, a group focused on the study and understanding of wine as a function of restaurant service.
