Established in 1986, the Texas Hill Country Wine & Food Festival is the oldest and largest wine and food festival in the Lone Star state and is distinctively defined by its connection to Texas culture, tradition, flavors and hospitality. Every April we host a four day-long celebration of food and wine throughout Austin and the scenic Hill Country. Over 30 events take place at a variety of unique local venues, ranging from black-tie to down home - but all with a true Texas attitude! |

The festival is a two-parter, uncorking the wine-related festivities on April 17 with the Wine & Food Affair, and then returning for an encore April 18 with the Wine Tasting Classic. Red River Wine Festival, April 17-18, with the Wine & Food Affair at the Woman’s Forum on April 17 and the Wine Tasting Classic at the J.S. Bridwell Agricultural Center April 18. Tickets are $60 per person for the Wine & Food Affair and $20 per person for the Wine Tasting Classic. All profits from the Red River Wine Festival will be donated to the local charitable organizations supported by the Senior Junior Forum. |
