The mission of the Texas Wine and Grape Growers Association,
Inc. is to promote the production and appreciation of premium
grapes and fine wines from Texas and to represent a unified
state industry with common marketing, governmental and educational
goals.

Wine Donation Policy
The Texas Wine and Grape Growers Association Board of Directors voted favorably for a policy to support public events that purchase Texas wine. The policy was recommended by Association attorney, Don Walden due to the questionable legality of events that serve donated wine. Click here for a copy of the policy.
The Association staff recommends for wineries to refer to this policy when dealing with requests for donation of wine to public events.
Common Marketing Goals
Marketing is the systematic planning and implementation
of business goals where price, product, place and promotion
are concerned.
The Association fulfills this piece of the mission by:
