2023 Annual Conference & Trade Show Exhibitor, Sponsor, and Advertising Opportunities

You’re invited to join the Texas wine and grape community at the TWGGA 2023 Annual Conference & Trade Show, February 21–23, 2023, in San Marcos, Texas! Registration is now open for exhibitor, sponsor, and advertising opportunities. All exhibitor spaces and badges must be booked by February 15.

Cancellations will be accepted with a full refund until January 15, 2023. From January 15, 2023 to February 15, 2023, cancellations will incur a $200 cancellation fee. After February 15, 2023, no refunds for cancellations will be provided.

Please note, online exhibitor registration must be completed by February 10. Any vendor with an unpaid balance as of February 15 may be removed or canceled from the show floor by show management.

The deadline for booth staff name badge changes and adding gala or tasting tickets has passed. Changes or ticket purchases can be made during onsite registration hours February 21–23 according to the conference schedule.

Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibit booths are available within the Trade Show exhibit hall. Additional staff badges may be purchased separately. If you need more than 2 additional staff badges, please contact office@twgga.org to be invoiced for the extra badges. Your complimentary attendees must be current employees or representatives of your company, and badges are nontransferable to those outside your company. If you need to change your staff name badges, you must let TWGGA know by February 15. There will be a $15 fee per badge for any changes made on-site.

Vendors may view the Trade Show map here to select their top three booth choices in the registration form. Exhibit booths will be assigned as requests arrive, with sponsors receiving priority placement in the designated sponsor booths. Exhibitors may also purchase upgrade placement if prime placement booths are marked as available. Once your exhibit space has been booked, TWGGA will reach out to you with your final exhibitor number.

Each exhibit table includes:

  • 6-foot table
  • 8-foot x 10-foot total space
  • Chairs
  • Two staff badges per table (includes 2 tickets for the Lunch With Exhibitors per badge)

Vendors may purchase multiple booth spaces as long as space permits in the hall. Please review the full list of exhibitor policies before purchasing a booth space. Booths offering food or beverage items will need approval by TWGGA and the conference hotel before purchase of the space can be confirmed.

Provide a 30–45 minute sponsored content session to attendees. Content must be approved by Education Committee and must be noncommercial in nature. Selling of any products during this content session is prohibited. Education Committee will determine date, time, and length of presentation during the content approval process.

Ticketed Tastings Sponsors: $1,500 (Four Available)
Have the chance to introduce a ticketed tasting with attendees, as well as receive your logo and link on communications about the session sponsored. For wineries/vineyards sponsoring this event, opportunity to feature one of your wines in the session will be considered by the Education Committee.
