Please note there is a limit of 30 exhibitors for this event.

Each exhibit table includes:

Opening Reception Sponsor: $2,000 (One Available)
Serve as the exclusive sponsor of the Grape Camp opening reception on Tuesday, welcoming attendees to the event, as well as receive your logo on signage and logo and link on the Grape Camp website. Lanyard Sponsor: $1,500 + production of lanyards (One Available)
This exclusive sponsorship includes your logo on the Grape Camp attendee lanyards, as well as your logo on signage and logo and link on the Grape Camp website. Sponsors must produce and ship 500 lanyards to TWGGA prior to the Grape Camp event.

Glassware Sponsor: $1,500 + production of glass tags (One Available)
This exclusive sponsorship includes your logo on glass tags that will be used at the receptions and luncheons, as well as your logo on signage and logo and link on the Grape Camp website. Sponsors must produce and ship 2,000 glass tags to TWGGA prior to the Grape Camp event.

Attendee Bag Sponsor: $1,500 + production of bags (One Available)
This exclusive sponsorship includes your logo on the Grape Camp attendee tote bags, as well as your logo on signage and logo and link on the Grape Camp website. Sponsors must produce and ship 500 tote bags to TWGGA prior to the Grape Camp event.

Corks & Connections Reception Sponsors: $1,500 (Two Available—One Left!)
Serve as a co-sponsor of the Grape Camp wine share and networking reception on Thursday, welcoming attendees to the event, as well as receiving your logo on signage and logo and link on the Grape Camp website.

Receive a clickable digital ad in emails sent to attendees. Each placement is $150—vendors may purchase up to 3 placements.

Flyer or Small Giveaway Item in Attendee Bag: $150 + production/shipping of items
Provide a flyer or small promotional item for inclusion in attendee bags. Items must be received by TWGGA by October 17, and must be approved by TWGGA staff.
