From the history of your vineyard to the unique journey of each bottle, learn how to use storytelling to differentiate your brand, foster loyalty, and drive sales.

Kimberly Charles’ name is synonymous with wine marketing at its best level. Over her 40 year career, she has, through creative marketing efforts and natural storytelling gifts, helped both luxury and household brands as well as regions and small producers attain a level of recognition and draw in the marketplace. Anchored in a love of wine, history, and education, she and her team work closely with their clients to develop highly tailored messages and strategies to convey their brand essence to target audiences. Additionally, with extensive international living and travel as a framework, she brings a holistic approach to marketing, keeping a pulse on trends, having a sense for what’s next, and bringing a cultural sensibility to programming.

Charles Communications Associates celebrates 22 years in business in 2025, and proudly represents impact driven companies who focus on innovative leadership and socially responsible practices. Kimberly serves on the board of the Glancy Wine Education Foundation, and most recently served on the board of Les Dames d’Escoffier San Francisco. She is a co-founder of the Come Over October and Share & Pair Sundays campaigns.
