Exhibiting at the TWGGA Annual Conference & Trade Show offers vendors a unique opportunity to connect with key players in the Texas wine and grape industry. This premier event attracts a diverse and engaged audience, including winemakers, grape growers, industry professionals, and enthusiasts. Exhibitor Opportunities

The TWGGA Annual Conference & Trade Show serves as a hub for networking, knowledge-sharing, and business development, providing vendors with a platform to build relationships and elevate their brand within the thriving Texas wine community. With a rich program of educational sessions, tastings, and industry updates, exhibitors can engage with a captive audience, fostering meaningful connections and potential partnerships.

Exhibit booths are available within the Expo Hall. The standard exhibit package includes:

  • One 6-Foot Table
  • 10-Foot-Wide x 10-Foot-Deep Booth Configuration
  • Two Chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • ID Sign
  • Two Staff Badges Per 10′ x 10′ Booth (each badge includes conference-provided lunches)

Additional staff badges may be purchased separately for $150.

Vendors may view the Trade Show map here to select their top three booth choices in the registration form. Booth placements will be made based on TWGGA membership status, longevity of conference participation, sponsorship/advertising investment, and booth configuration. We will work to get you in or as close to your first selection as possible. After you submit your reservation request, your booth selection will be confirmed within 10 business days.

Vendors may purchase multiple booth spaces as long as space permits in the hall. Please review the full list of exhibitor policies before purchasing a booth space. Booths offering food or beverage items will need approval by TWGGA and the conference hotel before purchase of the space can be confirmed.

Featured Speaker Sponsor: $2,000 (Multiple Available)
Receive dedicated recognition as the sponsor of a Featured Speaker Session (opportunity to present and/or work with TWGGA to curate speaker session). Have the chance to introduce a ticketed tasting with attendees, as well as receive your logo and link on communications about the session sponsored. For wineries/vineyards sponsoring this event, opportunity to feature one of your wines in the session will be considered by the Education Committee.

Past Presidents’ Dinner Sponsor: $1,500 (One Available)
Have the chance to welcome attendees to the Past Presidents’ Dinner, along with two tickets to enjoy dinner with the attendees. Includes logo on signage, dinner menu, and communications about the event.

Trade Show Policies

Cancellations will be accepted with a full refund until January 12, 2024. After January 12, no refunds for cancellations will be provided.

Please note, online exhibitor registration must be completed by February 9, 2024. Any vendor with an unpaid balance as of February 16, 2024, may be removed or canceled from the show floor.

Attendee List Scam Sales Warning

TWGGA has been alerted to email scams targeting TWGGA exhibitors and/or sponsors to offer them sale of the Annual Conference & Trade Show attendee mailing list. Large conferences such as the TWGGA Annual Conference & Trade Show are often targeted by unscrupulous third parties purporting to represent the presenting entity (in this case, TWGGA). In some cases, the third party might even use our logo to imply affiliation. TWGGA does not sell its attendee registration lists to third parties or authorize any third party to distribute or sell attendee registration lists. If you receive such an email, do not respond to it. If you are contacted by a third party offering sale of the attendee list, please notify office@twgga.org.

Housing Scam Alert

In past years, TWGGA has been alerted to telemarketing housing scams targeting Annual Conference & Trade Show exhibitors and/or attendees. Please be aware that TWGGA does not engage in telemarketing for hotel or travel servicesUnder no circumstances will a TWGGA representative contact you directly in any manner regarding housing. If you enter into an agreement for a hotel reservation outside of the official TWGGA room block, you do so at your own risk.

Large conferences such as TWGGA are often targeted by unscrupulous third parties purporting to represent the presenting entity (in this case, TWGGA). In some cases, the third party might even illegally use our logo to imply affiliation. These “room poachers” claim to offer cut-rate housing or suggest the actual room block is sold out in order to secure your credit card information. The third party then runs booking fees and other charges for reservations that do not exist.
